Need advice on how to gain weight during pregnancy?

I just got back from my doctor visit yesterday and I haven't gained one pound. I'm 19 wks pregnant and my doctor told me I really needed to gain more weight. I thought I was doing everything right with the 3 meals a day and healthy snacks like yogurt, fruit and cheese in between but apparently that's not enough. I'm trying to gain at least 8 pounds before my next monthly checkup. I really need help and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

You have to remember that there are different intensities of autism. Some children are autistic and nobody ever notices anything. Some children have severe symptoms that can be spotted from a mile away. It depends where the child is on the autism spectrum. It can be recognized early or late...it really just depends on the severity.

How much would it cost me to live a lone?

I'm 18 and starting college this fall and I'm planning to move out. I was looking at housing in the area where my college is located at and I found some lofts that would cost $400 including utilities along with internet and cable. It's a private room but bathroom and kitchen are shared which I don't mind but it depends on the people I would be sharing it with. I have $3,000 saved that would last 7 months just for rent. It's a 17 minute bike ride to the school so I don't have to worry about buying a car/gas. I never really looked at how much food would cost because I never had to pay for my own food. How much would a college student spend on food? When I get a job I'm thinking I would only work 10-15 hours. I know how to cook simple things like eggs, pancakes, steak, chicken, rice, spaghetti etc..

Soon will be TTC. Is it normal to have a pelvic ultrasound...?

The pelvic ultrasound usually consists of both an external and internal portion. The external is done on top of your belly with a full bladder to see an overview of your pelvis. The internal is inserted vaginally like a tampon and gives a much closer look at your uterus and ovaries. This part may be a little uncomfortable, but not painful. It's good to get a "baseline" of your pelvis now so if your dr. wants to have you rescanned for a follicle check she'll have something to compare it to. Also, she can make sure you don't have any existing physical issues that could impair your ability to conceive.

I already have a degree, do I need to send transcripts from irrelevant colleges when applying...?

No, it is not important that you supply any credit work you've done that didn't have a bearing on the degree you earned. I've been through a lot of nonsense because I submitted everything from all colleges and universities and that hung me up a good deal. Just send what's relevant to your career goals.

I think i broke my laptop... dell inspiron mini?

i got this laptop for christmas last year. yesterday i was tying a water balloon for my brother and it spilled all over my computer. i covered it with rice (thats what you do for cellphones, right?) and let it dry out for 24 hours. i tried turning it on and it didnt work. is there any way i can fix this? and is there a warrenty for this on my laptop? dell inspiron mini. plus, how do i tell my parents? they already think im irresponsible....

It sounds like meir reflection of your inner child or a freind from your past that im guessing you got seperated from and didnt get to say bye. Maybe your conscious about something and your mind is creating this image to ease your pain wich explains the almost nurturing side of all this..........but hey idk i used to have something similar happen to me as a kid
