How do I stop overeating?

I exercise for about 25 min in the morning, eat 1 boiled egg and a piece of toast with avacado for breakfast, for lunch its usually a healthy sandwitch with wholegrain bread and 2 pieces of fruit and for dinner usually chicken with vegetables and rice...but I am constantly hungry all day and night, especially at night. I drink about 4 glasses of water, it's all I can manage. This whole high protein thing isn't making me as full as I thought. What else should I do?
