Swollen Lymph Node on one side?! Please help!!!?

I have a swollen lymph node on one side (left side, under jaw almost) .. Well..I think it's swollen. I can feel it but I can't feel the other one on the right side, so that's what's scaring me. It's about 1cm.. I don't know if that's bad or not. It doesn't hurt at all, It hurts sometimes only. I have no fever, no chills, no night sweats, no fatigue and no weight loss. I feel fine, the only thing I'm suspecting is that I have a wisdom tooth growing in on the top row.. on the same side the node is. I'm hoping that's the cause of it being enlarged..or maybe that's how it's supposed to be. I'll be going to the doctor soon for a checkup and maybe they'll say something but for now..I'm turning to Yahoo Answers. Thank you!!!
