How long will this routne take to get a 6 pack?
so each day im doing 100 press ups , 10 middles planks and 10 side planks , 50 pull ups , 3k run , eat no sugary foods , moslty eat pasta and rice and stuff , drink mostly milk , oh and im 14 if that helps
