Samsung sgh t239 water damage need fixing?

I have to Samsung sgh t239 one was put through the washing machine and the other was dropped in a swimming pool they have both been dried and have been sitting in a bag of rice for over a week. the one that went through the washing machine its back light works but nothing is showing on the screen and the other one the screen works but the back light does not work.
