What are some good art schools in Pennsylvania/New York area?

I am looking to major in fine arts, I want to get my bachelor degree and then later my masters so i can teach at a college level, and then someday my PhD hopefully. But for now im just looking for a four year college to get my BFA, any students out there that can recommend a school they like?
