GF got home and her dog was unconscious (but breathing). On the way to the Hospital now. Apparently was poison?

Any possibility she got into some chocolate or cleaners in the house while you were gone? even though it is a small dog could it have gotten into the toilet water that may have had chemicals in it? :( this makes me sad I hop the pup is okay.
