Period two weeks early and had lots of watery discharge yesterday...?

I already know that the ideal answer is to either wait, or see a gyno, just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts. My husband I are kind of ttc (we just started preconception diet and checkups) and wasn't sure what this could mean. I had my period 2 weeks ago, but yesterday out of the blue, a ton of water came out of me- I thought that I lost bladder control due to the amount, but it wasn't. then a few hours later, a little watery brownish blood came out. I had cramping all night long and today I have very very light brownish red discharge still. we have been having regular unprotected sex, and since I've been following my cycle, I know that either sat or Sunday I should have been ovulating. Also, I was playing soccer on Sunday and I fell really hard- my back hurts cuz of that and I'm hoping I didn't do something weird to my insides. I appreciate any kind of feedback. My period isn't expected until around 6-21.
