Should I give my 18 month old her immunizations? She has traits of autism!?

She missed her 15 month old appointment because of a change in insurance and now she has her 18 month old checkup. The problem is I now see that things that she is doing are traits of autism. She likes spinning in circles, spinning the wheels on toy cars, doesn't play pretend, doesn't talk, hits people for no reason, and doesn't turn to look at us when we call her name. I want to stop the vaccinations but I need feedback. She's a happy baby and throws crazy tantrums once in a while but I don't know if she has autism just yet.
