Pregnancy problem help!?

ok so im 17 and 10 weeks pregnant and im really scared! i told my boyfriend and hes ok with it and hes been helping me by taking me to my checkups but i have one problem! telling my parents! for one because im scared they will put my Boyfriend in jail because well hes 18 but he is only 3 months older than me so will the police charge him??? and im not sure how to tell my parents either.... plz any advice would help i reall want to tell them and i really love my boyfriend weve been together for 4 years!
