Why cant i lose fat eventhought im dieting and workout?
i've control my diet.but sometimes i just cant stand my hunger.i eat 3 hours before goin to bed.morning a cup of coffee at 6am...fruits/nuggets/biscuits/bread for my recess time which is at 10.30 am....lunch at 2pm which include rice,curry and vegetables...and sometimes i'll have a chocolate drink or bread for tea time at 4.30pm.........i'll workout whenever i got time....then why is my arm r flabby,my hips r big n exspecially my butt r big.my weight is 48kg....its ok for me,but my shape look a bit pump...i want to look skinnyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..… help what m i doing wrong here??????
