Are you considered a Graduate Student if you are going for a secondary Bachelors?

I'm in search of finding money for school and I have become confused at what I should be looking for. I have a BFA in Theatre Design and I'm going back to school to get a BFA in Film. Am I considered a Graduate Student even though I'm not applying for a Master's Degree?
