Can I transfer to a graduate school even though my college offers a MFA program?

I will be going to San Jose State University to major in photography. I want to get my BFA and then transfer to the Academy of Art University to get my MFA. However, I found out that San Jose State University offers a MFA program, but I want to transfer to Academy of Art so they could help me find a job at the end.
