My puppy vomited, should I be concerned?

My dogs sometimes do that, what we found out is that we have them sleep in our bed. (usually they throw up if they sleep in kennel) Another recommendation is that you give them a little bit less treats than usual, and make sure they're fresh and healthy. That should stop him from throwing up!
