Quick Questions 4 doctors?

I'm going to have my 14th yearly checkup in a few weeks. Is it just like my 13th one or are there other new things. During my 13th checkup I had all my vaccinations, would i need new ones other than the flu? Also wtf do they take my blood with the finger prick yearly when I'm always healthy? I eat healthy, exercise, etc. so why?
