Universities that offer a BFA in dance? Physical Therapy?

I am currently looking into University of Utah's ballet program. I am going for programs that offer a BFA in dance... I want to double major in physical therapy and dance but its very hard to find a school that offers strong programs for both.... Only one I found was University of Utah. Thanks. If anyone can list the schools that offer good dance programs that would be great. Or schools that offer a good physical therapy program as well. Any would do.
