What are my chances of getting into Rice University please?

I am ranked top 1% in my class, SAT score= 1860, ACT score= 29, and i have decent extracirriculars including powerlifting as a sport and officer of 3 clubs including NHS, and members of a couple other clubs. I've also done piano for many years. What are my chances of getting into Rice University? I'd like legit answers please, I am curious. Thank you
